Can I keep my current PillPack.com account active after connecting to Amazon Pharmacy?
No, you'll lose access to your PillPack.com account after you connect to Amazon Pharmacy. You can find all your PillPack.com information on your Amazon Pharmacy dashboard or settings.
What if I don’t want to continue my PillPack service on Amazon Pharmacy?
Starting November 30th, prescriptions will only be fulfilled for connected accounts on Amazon Pharmacy.
If you decide not to continue on Amazon Pharmacy, you'll need to either have your prescriber send your prescriptions to another pharmacy, or have the pharmacy of your choice request your prescriptions from us.
